Elba Affitti was born from a recent collaboration between two motivated and qualified young people in the tourism-real estate sector, with a leading company in Elbane tourist rentals which boasts an established and multi-year experience. The intent is to create an intimate reality capable of satisfying increasingly critical and demanding requests. We are not present in the accommodation, so we guarantee maximum privacy, but we are constantly available to guarantee you the necessary assistance for a worry-free holiday. From each room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and its marina. 3 out of 4 rooms also have a balcony. For all our guests there are discounts on ferry tickets, restaurants and bicycle, scooter, car and boat rental. Near us there are free public parking and the bus stop. We are in a beautiful location: on the third floor of a building a stone's throw from the sea (eastern Elba Island), with a breathtaking view of the marina and the beach. The only negative side are the three flights of stairs to get to us which represent a significant architectural barrier, even if they are quite large.

The beach we are looking out onto is called “La Rossa“, sandy, located inside the marina, it maintains its clear waters and is equipped by the municipality. To its right is the Fanaletto cliff. Continuing along the marina, outside we find the small beach of “La Pianotta“, composed of white gravel and water with beautiful colors. Along the walk there is a large cliff that after about 200 meters, descending from the promontory, takes the name of “La Grotta“, with, in its belly, a small inlet. Continuing along the Carmigiani Walk we arrive at the Barbarossa beach, also reachable from the provincial road towards Rio Marina. Composed of fine and dark gravel, it is large and surrounded by greenery. Continuing along the rocks begins a part of the coast called “La Costa di Capo Bianco” with small inlets reachable only by sea. Not reachable on foot, but only from the state road towards Rio Marina, after Barbossa, we find the large gravel beach of Reale. From there, only by continuing on foot, it is possible to reach the large beach of Terranera, created by the excavations and transportation of minerals from the old iron quarries. For this reason it is formed by pyrite residues and light and dark gravel. From here, going inland, you reach the Green Lake of Terranera, formed in the time following the interruption of the extraction of pyrite and hematite from the aforementioned quarries.
