Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 15 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Large and sunny penthouse located in Riva Trigoso a few steps from the beaches and with a sea view from the splendid veranda. Completely renovated, equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI and private parking, ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, to visit nearby towns such as Sestri Levante, Portofino and Santa Margherita, Moneglia and Levanto. It is also 45 minutes from Genoa. The apartment is located on the third floor of four of a building without a lift, and can therefore be reached via comfortable and modern stairs. It opens onto a living area which includes a part used as a living room with sofa and dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals during your stay: hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer , microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and crockery. Large French windows make the environment fresh and bright and give access to the beautiful 30 square meter veranda, equipped with sofa and armchairs, dining table and television and surrounded by windows that offer an incredible view of the sea a few meters away from you ! An ideal place to spend the summer days and evenings, having lunch or dinner outside while fully enjoying the view. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds for a total of four beds. A cot/crib for children is also available. Finally you will find a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures and large shower. In the house there is free WI-FI connection and AIR CONDITIONING. There is heating for the winter months. The house has a private outdoor parking located about 100 meters from the house. Pets are not allowed.

About 500 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop where the line that connects Riva to the center and Sestri station passes by, if you are traveling by public transport then the house is easily reachable. Choosing Riva Trigoso for your stay, in addition to the possibility of visiting Sestri Levante, you will have the opportunity to explore the splendid places nearby: in fact, in less than an hour and with various means you can visit historic locations and favorite destinations for tourists from all over the world such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, easily reachable by car, train or by sea through special tourist ferry lines that lead to the wonderful Portovenere.
