You might thus encounter her on the property access level but you will enjoy a full privacy on the rest of the property you rent including garden and pool.

We are private owners who bought the place in May 2024 and are renting it to tourists looking to discover Como lake in a quiet and relaxing venue. We spend lots of time in the place when not rented so it is well maintained and equipped.

The property is located in a peaceful zone, only 5 minutes by car (or 25 minutes walking) from Bellano village where you can find a supermarket as well as some nice local shops such as a butchery, a bakery, a pastry shop... Positioned on the east shore of Lake Como, it offers stunning sunsets! There is a direct train connection (1h 10min) between Milan Centrale train station and Bellano. There are also three airports in the vicinity of the house. Milan Linate (LIN) and Milano Bergamo (ORY) which are about 1h away by car and Milan Malpensa (MXP) 1h30 away.
