The neighborhood is in the historic center in a restricted traffic zone and close to the busiest pedestrian streets but despite this it remains quiet and peaceful. The condominium is part of a complex where you can find pharmacies, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, bakeries and pizzerias as well as an inexpensive 24-hour paid parking lot. There are also many free car parks all along the lake or a little further from the city center (10 minutes on foot). Self Check in allows you to open the gate and the condominium door via a link that we will send to your mobile phone so that you can arrive and enter at the time most convenient for your needs. Just a minute's walk away it will be possible to reach the lakeside of Lecco and Piazza XX Settembre which is the most important and famous in the city. Once you reach the lakeside you can take a walk about 1 km long that runs along the lake to reach the nearest equipped beaches. In 10 minutes by train it will also be possible to reach the beaches of Abbadia Lariana and Mandello. The nearest airport is Orio al Serio in Bergamo which is about 35 km away and can be reached by train or bus at a very low cost.
