This completely new & with passion furnished apartment you find in the new LAGUNA PALACE RESORT, second floor. You will enjoy the breathtaking view at a 80 qm large terrace, which surrounds the apartment on three sides. First of all you have the port view, which we lovingly call the little Monte Carlo view, on the other side pure nature as far your eyes can follow. The apartment has a cosy living room with kitchen and a dinning place. TV flatscreen and Internet. The window shutter are electric. The apartment has a washing machine. Both sleeping rooms have a king-size beds. Two bathrooms, each with shower and a cosy entrance place are granted. The terrace is generously furnished, on one side with a table and six chairs, an angle sofa and table and a terrace shower and on the other side, a bench with litte table and two sunbeds. In the garden you can enjoy the outdoor pool/wirlpool, which is heated with thermal water. The parking place in front of the LAGUNA PALACE RESORT is included in price, if you want to rent a garage, your place will be right under the apartment and costs only Euro 10,-- per day. We kindly ask a security deposit of Euro 300,-- cash.
Dear guests, my husband and me, being yearning Italy lovers, always wanted to create a cosy place in Italy, where you can feel free, happy and at ease. We think, that we realised this desire with our beautiful apartment with its breathtaking views in Aprilia Marittima. The three side terrace invites for relaxing, eating outside, reading, sunbathing and whatever your heart is asking, being alone or in company. The environment is pure nature, inner peace and recovery surely takes place rather quickly. If you like to enjoy beach life, shopping or any other type of activity, Lignano is reachable in a few car minutes. We dearly love this place! ;-) We are happy, if everybody feels good and happy, enjoys the pleasant ambience; appreciate it.
