The apartment, bright and elegantly furnished, is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the area. The living area, designed as a spacious open space, includes a welcoming lounge with a double sofa bed and TV, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). A French door opens directly onto a large private garden extending along two sides of the apartment, creating a sunny and peaceful green space where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and views of the lake. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, which also has direct access to the outdoors. The bathroom, complete with a large shower and washing machine, is designed to offer maximum comfort and practicality during your stay. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. In about 10 minutes on foot from the apartment, you can reach Abbadia Lariana’s beach and the Ulisse Guzzi Park—perfect spots for relaxing lakeside. The port, about 500 meters away, offers direct boat connections to the main towns around the lake, including Bellagio and Varenna. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the Sentiero del Viandante, a panoramic trail along the lake’s eastern shore offering stunning views and unspoiled nature.
