The rooms are located within the owners' structure, both have private bathrooms and the entrance is independent. The rooms are accessed through a gate that opens onto a private courtyard. The rooms are located in the renowned Murta Maria hamlet of Olbia, full of all services, from the supermarket, to restaurants, ice cream parlor, pizzerias, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc. From the hamlet you can access the beautiful beaches of Porto Istana, Marina Maria and the coves of Capo Ceraso. The hamlet is served by local public transport to the capital, which is 7 km away, to the beach and to all the services that Olbia offers.
