Le Casaline is strategically placed between Monte Amiata and the Siena area, a perfect mix of rustic atmosphere and modern comfort, excellent tranquility and privacy. The property is immersed in the greenery at 750 asl, with fantastic views of the Tuscan hills. The large beautiful garden (not fenced) is equipped with built-in barbecue, 2 gazebos for outdoor meals and aperitifs and the bean-shaped swimming pool (3x4 meters with a depth of 1.20). The paved solarium includes 16 sunbeds and solar hot shower. An entrance that is always open leads to the property and to the parking lot. Guests can take long walks among the 20 hectares of cultivated land surrounding the property. The villa has 8 units, each with independent entrance.On the gr. floor at the back, there are 2 double bedrooms, “Rosmarino” and “Lavanda”, both with mini-bar, kettle, espresso machine, bathroom with shower (no bidet) and small garden table outdoor. On the gr. floor at the main entrance, there are 2 apartments, “Maggiorana” and “Salvia”, both with kitchenette, double bedroom, private bathroom with shower, a small garden with table and a sail awning. The 1st floor is accessible via 2 external staircases (8 steps each). On the right is the apt. “Elicrisio” leading onto 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower (via 4 steps), kitchen. On the left is the apt “Curcuma” with internal staircase (8 steps) leading onto 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and double sink, kitchen. In front of the farmhouse is a smaller building. The basement fl. has a well-equipped kitchen with a large table to accommodate the whole group and a service bathroom. On the gr. floor is a tasting room that can only be used in the owner's presence for self-produced wine and olive oil. Laundry is in a separate room. Fans at disposal for the 1st floor apartments. Included: 1st supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen with weekly change, utilities (but not LPG heating, charged EUR 5 x m3).

Activities and Distances The farmhouse is located in Seggiano, a small Tuscan villahe in the province of Grosseto, with rich evidence of the past: art, architecture, nature and food and wine offer guests extraordinary surprises, without forgetting the beauties of Monte Amiata, reachable in a short time, or the possibility of practicing outdoor activities such as trekking along the paths of the hills of Val d'Orcia. It is the village of Seggiano, surrounded by chestnut and olive groves, which has made olive oil the symbol of local food and it is no coincidence that the Museum of Olive Oil and the Land of Seggiano was born here. In the historic center guests admire the largest plant in the world of Olivastra Seggianese, the ancient oil mill brought back to life and the Oratory of San Rocco with its precious frescoes. In the surrounding area guests can visit the garden museum of Daniel Spoerri with 120 sculptures by various artists.
