Immersed in a paradisiacal atmosphere, Villa 'Le Charme Marin' enchants with its luxurious beauty. Only 250 metres from the sea, this exclusive residence offers a breathtaking view of crystal-clear waters and the fascinating Sicilian countryside. Surrounded by a large garden with olive and carob trees, this rustic villa accommodates up to 12 guests in an atmosphere of refined comfort. The large terrace offers spectacular views, while Caltagirone ceramics, original paintings by local artists and unique furnishings add a touch of Sicilian authenticity. The Sicilian terracotta flooring adds timeless elegance. Air conditioning in every room. The rooms are spread over two floors: -the ground floor has 3 double bedrooms (of which one triple with a single bed) and two different outdoor verandas where you can comfortably eat or read a book. On the ground floor there are also 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor barbecue area where you can grill with friends under the stars. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table complete the ground floor. The living area also has a TV, seating and double exposure to the Villa's gardens. -The first floor consists of two separate units: the first unit has a double bedroom, a sofa bed in the separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. The second unit is one spacious room with a double bedroom and a private bathroom (with the possibility of adding a cot). A wonderful terrace overlooks the entire maritime coastline. The area is equipped with mini-markets and beaches, and you can even book scuba diving and dine at Homie's best restaurants. Noto is 15 minutes away by car, while cities such as Taormina, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Avola and Catania are within easy reach. Self-driving is recommended.
