The flats "Le Dimore di Budoni" are located in an enviable position: at only 250 mt from the beautiful beach of Budoni. The complex is set in large, well-kept gardens. The property offers: Wi-Fi (subject to limitations), barbecue and outdoor showers for common use, children's playground and private, unattended parking. The apartments, with patio or terrace, have: TV, equipped kitchenette, microwave, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board (on request at reception), hairdryer and mosquito nets. The city centre with its facilities is only 500 mt away.

The small and lovely town of Budoni offers many services. Its stunning beach is about 4 km long and it's also the perfect location for water sports lovers and explorers: you can practice windsurf, kitesurf or rent a dinghy to visit the charming protected marine area of Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo. The area around the Residence is surrounded by stunning beaches with crystal, clear sea and fine, white sand. In the summertime, Budoni (1.5 km from the Residence) entertains its visitors with crowded night markets and live music. The famous San Teodoro, known for its exciting nightlife, is at just 15 km away. For those wishing to discover the surroundings, it is possible to visit archeological sites and nature trails. In less than 30 minutes, it is possible to reach the port and airport of Olbia.
