Its extremely strategic position allows you to have every tourist place within a few minutes. A few metres away is the sea and the famous ‘Acquario di Genova’, the ‘Principe’ railway station, the FlixBus stop and ‘Via XX Settembre’ (shopping street). Under the house there are supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of clubs. The very comfortable facility is located on the first floor. Guests can feel at home and pampered all round. There is one room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, sleeping a total of 4. Each bed includes bed linen and everything needed for an overnight stay. Terms and Conditions: Access to the accommodation: Entry will only be permitted after completing the online check-in, which includes payment of the tourist tax, uploading valid identification documents for all guests (including children), and digitally signing the contract. Identification must be completed before accessing the accommodation, through one of the following methods: a real-time video call or by sending an identification video. Digital identification is mandatory and a necessary condition for access. Security deposit and handling fees: Prior to arrival at the property, a security deposit of EUR 250.00 must be paid in advance via Credit Card (through a “Stripe” payment link). A fixed handling fee of EUR 7.80 may apply, which will be withheld at the time of the refund. The Guest may pay this amount directly to the Property (by credit card), or if preferred, the amount may be withheld at the time of the refund for convenience. The security deposit will therefore be refunded net of any deductions for handling fees or damages. On the day of check-out, the Guest must provide their bank account details to the Host exclusively via the Booking. com chat, in order to receive the refund. Once the refund request has been initiated by the Host, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited to the Guest’s bank account.

You will be right in the middle of Ligurian tourism, having all kinds of shops, the Aquarium of Genoa, the main shopping streets and unique historical pieces such as the house of Christopher Columbus, the cathedral of San Lorenzo, etc. just a few metres away.... Being right in the centre, everything is extremely convenient: - Just a few minutes away is the main train station ‘Genova Principe’. - Under the house there are several BUS lines to go anywhere in the city. - A 3 minute walk away is the METRO. - The airport is 15 minutes away by car. - Paying car parks are 500 metres away. - Within 10 minutes by car (or 20 minutes by BUS) you have free beaches. - About an hour by motorway you can reach the ‘5 Terre’ (a Ligurian tourist site of worldwide interest).
