HI! Our names are Giulia and Raffaella and we are twin sisters. Our journey goes "hand in hand" from birth to today where, together, we have decided to face this new adventure! We will be happy to host anyone who wishes to spend days in serenity and in harmony with the greenery of nature in a hamlet of the Municipality of Teramo which is only a few minutes from the city centre.

Property information

The B&B "Le Sorelle Gemelle" represents a valid alternative to the classic hotel accommodation for all those who, for tourism or for study and work reasons, arrive in our city. The house surrounded by greenery is a few km from the historic center of the city, in an ideal position to reach the Adriatic coast (Giulianova Lido first and foremost) and the Gran Sasso d'Italia massif (Prati di Tivo), it is located in a strategic position , approximately 800 meters from the "S. Atto" exit of the highway that connects the A14 Bologna/Bari motorway to the A24 Rome/Teramo. The B&B has 3 double bedrooms with the addition of 1-2 also third bed and 3 bathrooms inside the rooms all renovated in February 2020. Then you have a LOFT (double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) for a stay mainly for family use , in a private environment, with all comforts (air conditioning, heating, toilet, TV) for 2/3 people max with a sofa bed in the living area). If you love a family environment, the warmth of a welcoming home... the landlady, Raffaella, who shares the welcome with the guest, will know how to make your stay an experience not to be forgotten

Neighbourhood information

The structure is located on a hill, precisely at the end of Sant'Atto, about 9 km from the center of the city of Teramo but also halfway from the Adriatic Sea and the Gran Sasso d'Italia mountain range. About 1 km away there is a small town, San Nicolò, where we can find various commercial and restaurant activities. Furthermore, just 5 km away and precisely in the locality. Piano D'Accio there is the Gran Sasso Shopping Center, the Bonolis Stadium and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Teramo. Nearby there are various catering businesses, mostly affiliated with the B&B, where you can eat typical Teramo dishes (rosticini, fried cheese, etc.), pizzerias, pubs and home catering services.
