Monolocale 2/3 posti letto a Epinel (3 km da Cogne) a 1452 msl in un tipico rascard valdostano del 1600, finemente ristrutturato, che ha conservato integra la struttura originaria in muratura e vecchi tronchi di larice. L'edificio è protetto dalla Soprintendenza per i Beni Culturali come autentico esempio delle caratteristiche architettoniche alpine e della tradizione rurale valdostana.
Si segnala che l'accesso al parcheggio auto privato è difficoltoso per le auto di grandi dimensioni.
