This area includes two comfortable rooms and a private bathroom and the use of a full kitchen (Please leave it as you find it so can other guest use it after you!) - **Room 1**: Spacious and versatile, it accommodates up to 3 adults. A child under 3 can share the King Size bed at no extra cost. A folding bed for a second child is available when booking the family room, for a small additional fee. This room also opens to a **fenced outdoor area**, ideal for smokers or guests traveling with pets. - **Room 2**: Features a cosy Queen Size bed and a **large TV screen**, offering extra comfort for couples, nonni, uncle/untie or additional children. If you're arriving late, we offer a simple **DIY meal option**: pasta and jarred sauces available for a small extra charge. We’re located just **5 minutes from Gardaland and Peschiera**, and **30 minutes from Verona, Sirmione, Lazise, and Bardolino**—perfect for exploring the beauty of Lake Garda and its surroundings.

From London to Lake Garda – My Story After 40 years in London, I traded grey skies for grapevines and began a new chapter in the sunny town of Peschiera del Garda.
