Leonardo is a bright and newly refurbished apartment on ground floor with direct access to the outdoor dining area for your meals with a view. The bedroom has a large window with views of San Gimignano and the pool. A NEW BED in memory foam was purchased at the end of JUNE 2025. The pool measures 20m x 10m - depth: 1.2m to 2.8m, open April-October (not heated). The building where Leonardo is located is called Castello di Fulignano. It's an ancient manor along the Via Francigena, on a dominant hill with encompassing views over the Chianti. Our location is perfect for total relax and exploring alike with only 15 minutes drive to San Gimignano, Florence less than one hour drive, Siena 30 minutes and many more I will love to suggest you to visit. There's a restaurant on site and several good restaurants within 7 minutes drive and we will be delighted to give you suggestions. I hope to host you and share with you my knowledge of the area! Since 1998 I've been working in tourism as a property manager and real estate specializing in country homes in Tuscany. I love my occupations because I get to meet guests from all over the world and share with them my deep knowledge of the area. Leonardo apartment is part of Castello di Fulignano, an historical building dating back to the 10th century, fully reconstructed in 2001. We are along the ancient Francigean way (1.5km white road) about 15 minutes (8kms) to San Gimignano and 7 minutes (4.5Kms) to Poggibonsi with a large selection of shops and public transports. From here you can easily visit Siena, Florence, Volterra, Chianti. The neighborhood is quiet and comprises a bunch of residential and tourist accommodations.
