Charming historic villa with garden and stunning lake view just a few minutes drive from the lake and the most beautiful places including Bellagio. This villa is spread over two floors and welcomes guests with a large garden equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs, benches and a parasol. The entrance opens onto a corridor that connects the rooms of the ground floor. On the left guests will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, on the right a spacious dining room with a study area that leads to the amazing veranda characterized by large windows overlooking the lake and furnished with sofas, armchairs, a desk, a coffee table, chairs and a TV. At the bottom on the left, the independent kitchen, fully equipped, with a dining table, a pantry and a fireplace. Here a French door gives access to the garden. From the corridor, two flights of stairs lead to the upper floor, which houses the sleeping area. Two rooms feature a single bed, while the other three are furnished with a queen-size bed. All rooms include a closet and overlook the garden or the lake. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and two bathrooms on the upper floor, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car. *A portion of the villa, which is located in the basement and has independent access, is reserved for the owner.

Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
