Liotru Maisonne sorge in pieno centro storico di Catania, nel cuore del mercato cittadino in prossimità della famosa via Etnea, centro commerciale naturale e zona di passeggio nota della citta', non molto distante da piazza Duomo, dall'anfiteatro romano, dal teatro greco e da tanti altri luoghi di interesse. La struttura si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore di un palazzo storico costruito nel 1880; per tale motivo presenta una fusione tra elementi del passato, come le originali cementine decorate, gli antichi soffitti a volta ed elementi tecnologici che proiettano il B&B verso una visione moderna.

Quartiere super folcloristico con il Mercato cittadino "A Fera o' Luni" che si svolge ogni giorno dal Lunedì al Sabato (non preoccupatevi che con i nostri infissi interni non si sente nulla da fuori). Inoltre la struttura dista solo 3 minuti a piedi dalla famosissima via Etna (strada principale della città ricca di negozi e luoghi d'interesse), a 2 minuti a piedi dal piccolo e rinomato quartiere di Santa Filomena, ricco di ristoranti, bar e luoghi d'incontro. Ma non solo, la posizione del nostro b&b risulta essere al centro di qualsiasi luogo d'interesse che si vuole raggiungere nel centro storico e non solo.
