The house is located 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Pietrasanta (and easily accessible from the railway station), as well as 15 minutes by bicycle from the sea (with 4 bicycles available for use within the property) and the beautiful Versiliana pine forest (which inspired Gabriele D'Annunzio's ‘La Pioggia nel Pineto’ (Rain in the Pine Forest)). The accommodation is extremely close to restaurants, attractions and leisure facilities in the towns of Pietrasanta, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. It is also extremely convenient for anyone wishing to go for walks or hikes in the Apuan Alps, which are 20 minutes away by car. The house is located just 30 minutes by car from Lucca, home to the famous Lucca Comics & Games event from 29 October to 2 November. Our property is ideal for groups who decide to visit this event, avoiding the chaos of the city of Lucca during those days. It is a large detached villa with a large garden in a residential neighbourhood, a 10-minute walk from the centre of the art city of Pietrasanta and a 15-minute bike ride from the sea and Forte dei Marmi (4 bicycles available in the accommodation). The house has a living room, kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms (two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one twin bedroom with air conditioning and one single bedroom), as well as two bathrooms. Wi-Fi and parking spaces are also available. The single bedroom is on a different floor from the other three bedrooms and can be reached by a spiral staircase. It can be a starting point for excursions to interesting places in northern Tuscany and Liguria: Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli, Migliarino San Rossore Park, Lucca with its walls, Florence, Apuan Alps Park, Cinque Terre, Lunigiana, Garfagnana. Pietrasanta is a stop on the famous Via Francigena route, which stretches 3,000 km from Canterbury to Rome, crossing 5 countries, 16 regions and over 600 municipalities. On 21st September, FrancigenAmica takes place, a trekking event organised between Pietrasanta and Lucca, which starts in Camaiore and allows you to complete this stage.
