This apartment is located in a quiet area just outside the center of Florence, away from the city's hustle and bustle and intense tourism. It is situated on the first floor of a two-story building without an elevator and features two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bathtub), three bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), and can accommodate up to eight people. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, autonomous heating, electric kettle, towels, mini shower-shampoo kit, and a terrace with a table for outdoor dining.

The nearest tourist attractions such as Villa Medicea del Poggio Imperiale, Giardino di Boboli, and Palazzo Pitti are easily accessible.
