Attico monolocale completamente arredato e dotato di ogni comfort: riscaldamento ambienti, acqua calda, nuova aria condizionata, Wi Fi, TV, Composto da cucina completamente arredata, bagno completo. Ampio letto matrimoniale Tatami e in più un letto singolo. Tre finestre, due oblò, lucernario. La mansarda è al quinto piano senza ascensore e ci sono 80 scalini per la salita e discesa . Nell ' isola pedonale di Portofino dove è stata costruita la mansarda sono vietati gli ascensori in quanto deturpano le caratteristiche dell' antico borgo marinaro. Per tale motivo la struttura non è adatta a persone con disturbi di deambulazione. Più adatta a persone giovani o giovanili. Studio penthouse fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: room heating, hot water, new air conditioning, Wi Fi, TV. Consisting of a fully furnished kitchen, complete bathroom. Large Tatami double bed and a single bed. Three windows, two portholes, skylight. The attic is on the fifth floor without a lift and there are 80 steps up and down. In the pedestrian area of ​​Portofino where the attic was built, elevators are prohibited as they deface the characteristics of the ancient seaside village. The structure is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. More suitable for young or youthful people.
