The 48 m² accommodation features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and a covered panoramic balcony with impressive, unobstructed mountain views. The apartment is located on the top floor and faces west. Further amenities include a free, covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and information brochures. You can enjoy a shared outdoor area with whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to the end of October. The holiday apartment is situated in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away. The accommodation is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Val Gardena and Villnöss valleys, close to the Dolomites.
