Spacious and comfortable 170 sqm apartment with a fabulous view of the historic centre, that can accommodate up to 7 people on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (three steps to enter). The accommodation is located in the centre of Bologna from which you can reach the main points of interest on foot in a few minutes or by public transport. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 small room with a bed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and two balconies. The space is organised as follows: - KITCHEN with 4-burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka pot, Nespresso coffee machine and dining table. - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, TV, split A/C and small balcony. - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, split A/C, wardrobe and desk. - BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, split A/C and a wardrobe. - BEDROOM 3 with a double bed, split A/C and a wardrobe. - BEDROOM 4 with single bed. - BATHROOM 1 with sink, Jacuzzi hot tub, shower, bidet and toilet. -BATHROOM 2 with sink, shower, bidet and toilet. My name is Lorenzo and I am a private host. I offer for rent an apartment located in the historic center of Bologna, in a strategic position a few steps from the renowned Herb Market and numerous cultural and gastronomic attractions of the city. The accommodation is well equipped, able to accommodate up to 7 people, and is particularly suitable for families, groups or travelers who want to stay in a comfortable and central context. Although I do not reside in the apartment, I guarantee maximum availability and assistance throughout the duration of the stay. I speak Italian, English, Spanish, and I am happy to provide useful information to better enjoy the Bologna experience. The goal is to provide a peaceful, functional and pleasant stay, respecting the privacy and needs of guests.
Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is in a good position for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are definitely worth a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking view of Bologna and relaxing in nature. To reach the main points of interest:- Fountain of Neptune: 7 minutes on foot;- Piazza Maggiore: 8 minutes on foot;- Basilica of San Petronio: 9 minutes on foot;- Via dell' indipendenza: 8 minutes on foot;- Due torri: 11 minutes on foot.- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: take bus line 21 to the "Marconi" stop, and walk for one minute.- FROM THE AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the "Stazione centrale" stop, then take bus line 21 to the "Marconi" stop, and walk for one minute.- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the apartment is in the ZTL. The S. Felice di Bernardo Palmiro Garage is a 10-minute walk away. Languages ​​spoken: English, Italian.
