Company information

From 2007 till 2017 I was renting apartments to tourists in Berlin. Building on that experience I am now returning home, offering the same professional service in Naturns, a wonderful located village on the sunny side of the alps. Having travelled a lot myself, living in central America and India for several years, I know well what your expectations of a perfect home feel like. This time I run this business together with my brother Serafin.

Property information

In the midst of the Lauben Gallery you will find this high-quality renovated holiday apartment, located in a quiet backyard. There is no place more central in Merano. If you leave the gallery to the north, you will find yourself in the middle of the upper arcades with all their small shops and restaurants. To the south you find yourself directly in the pedestrian zone in front of the Kurhaus. 150m further and once over the city river, the Passer, you will be right in front of the thermal baths.

Neighbourhood information

Unfortunately, the apartment is located so central that there is no parking in the immediate vicinity. The nearest parking lot is 300m away. The way to the apartment is pedestrian zone throughout. You will receive a video with detailed directions from us before arrival.
