The total amount you saw during booking includes both the rental fee for the property owner and the costs of the services provided by the property manager, along with the portal’s commission. All details will be clearly explained in the contract, and at check-out, we’ll provide two separate receipts for full transparency. We kindly remind you that the local tourist tax, not included in the booking amount, will be payable upon arrival.

Monica’s Guesthouse is a comfortable holiday home with two bedrooms, located in the peaceful village of Baratili San Pietro, just a 25-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the west coast and the city of Oristano. The house has two bedrooms: a double room with access to a spacious balcony where smoking is permitted, and a smaller room with a single bed. The bright, open-plan living area invites you to relax on the comfy sofa or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Baratili San Pietro is a peaceful, authentic Sardinian village, renowned for its centuries-old winemaking tradition, especially the distinctive Vernaccia di Oristano. Strolling through its quiet streets, you’ll find small shops, local bars and restaurants, and the genuine charm of village life. Its strategic location makes it a perfect base for exploring the lesser-known, wilder side of Sardinia: within a short drive, you can discover the stunning beaches of the Sinis Peninsula, the ancient ruins of Tharros, the salt flats of Cabras, and the vibrant city of Oristano — ideal for travelers seeking adventure off the beaten track. While it’s technically possible to reach Baratili San Pietro by public transport, it’s not recommended, as public transport in Sardinia outside the main cities is limited and infrequent. To fully enjoy your stay and explore the area, having a car or motorcycle is strongly advised, if not essential. Within the village, you can easily reach everything on foot or by bike. For cycling enthusiasts, it’s also possible to reach the coast by bike, though there are no dedicated bike lanes, and the beaches are not particularly close. By car, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Is Arutas, San Giovanni di Sinis, Putzu Idu, and S’Archittu in about 25–35 minutes. The towns of Oristano and Cabras are also nearby, just 15–20 minutes by car.
