Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, a small bar, and sports facilities, including tennis and soccer, providing options for both relaxation and activity. The location offers easy access to central Italy?s highlights. The swimming pool is open during summer from June 1 to September 15, Sunday to Friday, with a midday break, and closed on Saturdays. Tourist Tax: ?2.00/person/night from age 12. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
