The apartment is located in the best possible position, we are in a park and not directly on the main road, so the noise of car traffic can't disturb us. We are only 300 metres from the railway station, 900 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the town centre. The terrace is very large and spacious, equipped with sun loungers, gazebos, tables and chairs, flowers and trees We offer 7 bicycles for free use, Levanto is very bike friendly with a lot of bike paths The private parking for free just outside the apartment is the best thing possible for those arriving in Levanto by car, in summer it is impossible to park in Levanto city centre. So you can relax and leave your car in a safe place. In front of the building there are two small parks with many trees, benches; in short, a perfect place to relax in the shade of the trees and let the children play.

I consider myself a very friendly and sociable person who likes to meet and know people especially from foreign countries . I like to recount in detail the beautiful things of our territory , discuss about cooking and wine, encouraging our guests where to eat well and where to have the best experience in our area I like hiking and walking paths in our fantastic region, so I can provide you with specific guidance on them

The neighborhood is located just 5 minutes from the center and so it is perfect for those looking for an apartment close to everything but away from the noise of the city nightlife. The train station is very close , but the trains at night are very few and the distance still does not allow the train noise to disturb sleep The neighborhood is quiet and safe inhabited by local people and some B & Bs and holiday homes . The road through the neighborhood , "Via Canzio" is not very busy and therefore is very quiet, after 8 p.m circulating very few cars Just 500 meters from the apartment there is the biggest supermarket of the town CONAD CENTER,and in our street there is greengrocer and bakery
