In fact, Ameno and its surroundings offer a wide choice of activities, capable of satisfying different needs and tastes For those who love walking, the Sentieri del Quadrifoglio start from the center of the town, 4 circular routes, surrounded by uncontaminated nature, historic villages and wonderful views. In just 10 minutes by car it is possible to reach the shores of the lake and in particular the characteristic town of Orta San Giulio. In summer the lake offers the opportunity to enjoy the sun and relax thanks to its numerous beaches, both free and equipped. If you prefer the mountains, in just 20 minutes by car you can easily reach the Mottarone ski and tourist area. For the little ones we recommend the "Le Pigne" adventure park and the Monteoro Horse Village. In the village, you will find, a few steps from your accommodation, multiple services: the tourist office, a post office, an ATM point, two coffee bars, a pharmacy and a minimarket.
