🌊 Simple but well-located apartment just 150 m from the sea in Marina di Cecina. 🏡 Situated in a quiet private courtyard, accessible through the owner’s garage (not usable for parking). 🌿 Private outdoor area for dining + convenient outdoor shower. 🍽️ Living space with dining table and equipped kitchen. 🛏 2 bedrooms: 1 double + 1 French bed (140 cm). 🛁 Small internal bathroom, simple but functional. ℹ️ Important info: the internal bathroom is small (shower usable but tight), therefore an outdoor shower is also available. 🛏️ Bed & bath linen not provided: rental 10 euro/person (advance booking required). ✨ Essential but very convenient solution to enjoy the seaside at walking distance!
