Le camere si trovano all'interno di un Palazzetto dei primi del 900 situato a 200 metri dalla piazza principale (Piazza del Popolo) e da tutte le attrattive socio culturali che offre il centro storico della città di Todi.
Parcheggio pubblico dotato di ascensore adiacente la struttura.
Al piano strada del palazzetto si trova il ristorantino "ENOTECA OBERDAN" di proprietà, dove è possibile fare acquisti di vini e prodotti. O gustare i piatti preparati giornalmente da Elsa, padrona di casa e cuciniera.
In estate tutto è ancora più speciale perchè avviene nei " giardini oberdan" adiacenti la struttura e sui quali affacciano le camere. Qui è possibile ammirare uno dei più bei tramonti e godere del panorama della città e delle colline circostanti sotto l'ombra di maestosi e profumati ippocastani.
