After more than 30 years working as a freelance organizational psychologist expert in sustainable local human development, your host Ramona set out on a new journey. Originally from Liguria, she traveled and worked in many places around the world, but it was Sardinia that truly captured her heart. Falling in love with the island’s raw beauty and deep-rooted traditions, she decided to settle here and build a life inspired by connection: to the land, to others, and to inner growth. Passionate about social innovation, art & culture, permaculture, the philosophy of slow living and longevity, Ramona now shares her knowledge and spirit through meaningful experiences rooted in nature and folk wisdom.
