New opening of a historic residence located in the eighteenth-century village of Capo Calvanico (SA) with a view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples and a large garden at the back. Recently renovated house, equipped with 3 completely new bathrooms. Quiet residence, perfect for a relaxing holiday in an uncontaminated place. Ancient pastry shop below and managed by a local pastry chef known and appreciated by the inhabitants of Calvanico and the surrounding communities

The property is 16 km from Salerno, 21 km from the Amalfi Coast and 44 km from Pompeii, all destinations easily reachable by motorway. The location is immersed in a mountainous area full of chestnut groves, hazelnut groves and olive groves, equipped with trails for trekking and cycling (Solofra, Pizzo San Michele, Monti Picentini National Park
