Together with my brother Manuel, I have launched this project to redevelop an old quarry area, combining regenerative agriculture and sustainable hospitality. Our passion for the land is reflected in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil and in the enhancement of this ancient area rich in history. With this project, we want to convey all our love and passion for the land and allow our guests to enjoy an authentic and unforgettable experience.
