The house is located in the quiet village of Porto Corallo, surrounded by greenery, which rises on the south-eastern coast in a strategic position not far from the beaches of COSTA REI, VILLASIMIUS, MURTAS which are about twenty km away. The Mediterranean scrub and the surrounding hills offer the possibility of walks and excursions, on foot and by mountain bike. There are restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlor, bar and disco on the beach all within easy walking distance. At only 80 m from the villa it is possible, in transparent waters, to practice snorkeling (rocks). The wellness center is 100 m away. The club card (not included) guarantees entry into the pool, collective activities, and various sports tournaments, beach activities, mini club, entertainment and evening events. In the equipped beach which is 500 m away, it is possible to take advantage of the rental service of umbrellas and deck chairs, showers with cold water, pedal boats, canoes, windsurfers, sailboats, catamarans. Sailing school with instructor on Open Bic, Trident and Catamaran. The Snack-Bar with a pleasant view of the beach offers breakfast and drinks, ice cream,and toast, all accompanied with goof music.
