We are a family of artists who have lived all over the world, and our home reflects that journey—furnished with unique artifacts and treasures collected on our travels. We’ve created a space that’s both warm and comfortable, yet visually inspiring and full of character. Children are especially welcome here—we have five of our own and are now proud grandparents to two! A beautiful retreat surrounded by nature. Sleeps a maximum of 16 guests. Tucked away in the heart of stunning natural surroundings, our property offers a peaceful and private escape. The estate features a stylish contemporary main house, a charming old farmhouse, and one additional outbuildings that have been thoughtfully converted into comfortable bedrooms and apartments. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the 20-meter lap pool on warm summer days, and relax into the comfort of luxurious Frette sheets at night. Once you arrive, you’ll experience a true sense of privacy and tranquility. Guests are welcome to collect fresh eggs during their stay—just feed and water our friendly chickens. There’s also Kit, our affectionate cat, who’s always happy for some company. For families, there’s a playground with a swing set and slide, while all guests can enjoy the ping pong table, fire pit, and a large BBQ—perfect for outdoor dining under the stars. Once you’ve done your grocery shopping, you may find you don’t need to leave the property at all—unless you’re heading out for sightseeing or a trip to the beach. The Boffi kitchen in the main house is a dream for passionate cooks (please note: it’s only accessible when renting the entire property). Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, while our rustic romantic hideaway features a charming kitchenette with two cooking rings—ideal for simple meals.

Just a 10-minute drive from the property, the picturesque village of Bagnone offers a slice of authentic Italian life. Dine at La Lina, a beloved restaurant owned by the same family for over 60 years. Run by Franci and Valter, it’s known for its superb traditional dishes and carefully selected wines—Valter is always happy to recommend the perfect pairing. Be sure to book ahead! Bagnone also has a pharmacy, two friendly bars, and a couple of small grocery stores. In summer, the river that runs through the village becomes a local hotspot, with people swimming and jumping off the rocks into crystal-clear waters. The surrounding area is rich with scenic walking and hiking trails that wind through chestnut forests, hilltop villages, and medieval ruins. Local markets in nearby towns like Pontremoli and Villafranca offer fresh produce, cheeses, and regional specialties—perfect for cooking back at the house. Sigeric is a local ecotourism company that offers wonderful and enriching Lunigiana experiences. For a day trip, you can catch a train to the iconic Cinque Terre but be prepared for crowds, drive to the beaches and boutiques of Forte dei Marmi or Viareggio, rent a boat from Marinella to explore the spectacular Ligurian coast from the water.
