I am Federica, and with my husband Luca, we help my parents managing the holiday house. We are really fond to this house because it is part of the story of our family. Renting the house gives us the possibility to meet a lot of people coming from different parts of the world!

In the heart of tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence, the holiday house “Il Leccione” is immersed in the nature and offers the point of meeting between relax, amusement and art. The holiday house “Il Leccione” is glad to welcome you in a quiet and familiar environment. It is only 2 km far from the centre of the village of Palaia, and is surrounded by woods and olive trees. “Il Leccione” offers its guests the certainty to have a beautiful holiday. The villa consist in one big apartment, furnished with the hot style of old countryside houses . On the ground floor here is an equipped kitchen with a big fireplace (typical of countryside houses), a living room and a bathroom with shower, one triple-bedroom and bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are three triple-rooms with a little bathroom with shower. two of the three rooms upstairs have air conditioning, the other one has a fan. the bedroom on the groundfloor does not need air conditioning. The house is surrounded by a big forecourt where there is the hundred-years old tree Leccione.

The villa is almost a hour far from Pisa, Florence and Lucca. San Gimignano and Volterra are only 40 minutes far by car.
