I created "Poker d'assi" with the idea of a simple and welcoming place with a family atmosphere. The highlight is definitely competitive price and proximity to the center. It 'a B & B located in an apartment, furnished with authentic antique furniture. The atmosphere is very informal and friendly people who, in addition to the standard amenities of a hotel, like a bit of human warmth and maximum flexibility.
New cultures, particular ways of life, different characters - in one word : communication! I think it's the most important thing in the modern word ruled by different kinds of technology, that sometimes makes the human relations colder. The warmth that gives you a sincere smile of an unknown person , the easy exchange of the personal experiences , confrontation of individual ideas without jugement - that what I call real communication - and I add it to all the "facilities" of my Bed and Breakfast , so if you are looking for a really familiar place to stay in Verona , I'll be glad to offer you such an atmosphere!
