Pretty House is a delightful cottage consisting of a spacious triple bedroom, a double bedroom, two full bathrooms with showers, and a living room with a kitchenette. The property is located in the countryside, fully fenced, with a gate separating it from a quiet small road leading to the center of Villamassargia, which you can reach with a 500-meter walk. The jewel of the house is a large veranda in front of the living room/kitchen, set within a 1000 m² garden rich in flowers and plants such as vines, olive trees, palms, wisteria, and prickly pears. This covered porch is ideal for a pleasant summer holiday: outdoor lunches with barbecue, comfortable chairs, a sofa, and deckchairs for reading, resting, and relaxing in the shade of a wisteria pergola. The house can accommodate up to 5 people. Veranda 1: very spacious, with a table for 5 people, chairs, sofa, and deckchairs. Living room and kitchenette: fully equipped kitchen, table for 6 people, sofa in front of the fireplace. Double bedroom: double bed (or two singles), wardrobe. Bathroom 1: shower, bidet, WC, washbasin. Triple bedroom: very spacious, with double bed under the loft, 1 single bed, 2 wardrobes, sofa, PC table (35 m²). This room has a private porch and direct access. Bathroom 2: shower, washbasin, WC. Veranda 2: fully covered, with table and chairs. The house is just a few steps from an educational farm with horses, donkeys, and an organic vegetable garden, 500 meters from the supermarket, 1 km from the village, and 20 minutes from the beaches of Funtanamare and Plage e Messu.
