A renovated property, located on the third floor of a historic building in the center of Naples, cared for in detail to make it warm, welcoming and accessible. The property overlooks, on one side, one of the main hubs of the city, from which you can already perceive the joyful life that characterizes Naples and from which you can see the port street and the historic alleys, without being affected by annoying noises, on the other side it overlooks the interior of the building, more intimate and cozy. At the entrance you will find the reception and the common room, a meeting place where you can enjoy a coffee, relax on the sofas, have fun with board games (fully accessible even to people with visual disabilities) or watch TV. Through a corridor, then, everyone can access their own room, with private bathroom and personal view. The rooms are equipped with all comforts, with selected Courtesy Kit, electric kettle and fridge. Furthermore, the entire access to the structure, starting from the main entrance, is facilitated by the presence of QR code tags which, once framed, provide all the information for easy access to all areas.

We are in the very heart of Naples. Just around the corner is the Monumental Complex of Sant'Anna Dei Lombardi. 200 m away is the esoteric Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, from which the main arteries of the decumani and the most evocative alleys branch off, passing through San Gregorio Armeno, the Veiled Christ (800 m) and the historic squares. 1 km away is the National Archaeological Museum. Following the road towards the port, which the structure overlooks, you arrive at Piazza Municipio (600 m) or, turning the corner, you can walk along the famous Via Toledo to Piazza Del Plebiscito (800 m) and walk along the seafront of Via Caracciolo to Mergellina. But these are just some of the infinite possibilities. Near the structure there is a bus stop, some of the possible directions of which are towards the Bosco e Museo di Capodimonte, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Vesuvius. The closest metro stops are Università (500m), Toledo (450m), Municipio (500m), Dante (500m), Montesanto (650m). Within 600 m there are the Port, the central funicular and the Montesanto funicular, the Cumana and Circumflegrea train stations.
