The Rotonda di Badoere is one of the most famous barchesse of the Veneto region, its peculiarity lies both in its grandeur and in its structure made to host a series of shops on a semicircle and houses on the other, with a large market square; on the square overlooks the church and a dominical palace, now a municipal seat. The large building is structurally presented as a long semicircular portico, formed by forty-one arches. This beautiful square presumably originated at the end of the seventeenth century; in fact since 1566 the noble Venetian family of Badoere boasted numerous land properties in the area. It originally included two large double-sided barchesse and 300 meters to the west the manor house was destroyed by a fire in 1920 during a peasant uprising. Its creation is due to Badoer, a Venetian patrician family, owner of the land where the Rotonda rose (called Zeruol di Sopra), on a project executed, it seems, from the school of Massari.
