Property information

The Mastrojanni farm was founded in 1975 when the Mastrojanni family decided to restore the two ancient estates of Loreto and San Pio on a hill not far from Castelnuovo dell’Abate, southeast of Montalcino. The estates, originally ancient watchtowers, bear witness to the presence of the Etruscans and Romans, later becoming a medieval stronghold to defend the Via Francigena and the famous “Via dei Papi.” This location soon transformed into a country home with an adjoining winery, and in 2011, a new restoration project brought new life to the village. In 2019, the gates of Mastrojanni Relais opened, a place imbued with spirituality and strength.
