All the apartments are carefully furnished with antique beds, carpets and decorations, comfortable wardrobes that help create an atmosphere with the antique ceiling and the terracotta floor. Full of light thanks to the big panoramic windows, the apartments are equipped with everything needed for comfort: satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, wi fi access and telephone. The apartments are composed of 2 bedrooms, with double or single beds, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with electrical oven, fridge and sink. Each apartment has its own space in the garden, with table and chairs, where it’s possible to have breakfast or lunch in the park. The park and the pool are exclusive to the residents.

The tourists apartments, at only 3 Km from Cortona, are sorrounded by typical Tuscan countryside and offer families and groups who want to lodge near Cortona without renouncing an autonomous accommodation, swimming pool, park, green spaces and a golf practice field. The structure has a huge swimming pool (16 x 8 meters) for the exclusive use of the residents, who will be able to enjoy the marvellous profile of Cortona, high on the hill, with its bell towers and the ancient Etruscan walls. The city can be reached by car or on foot, using the archeological park’s footpaths, which start a few meters away from the Casale. The ten apartments, situated on the ground floor or on the first floor, can lodge from 2 to 5 residents each one.

We are very near to Cortona’s Archaeological Park, with Etruscan tombs and paths built by Romans, for more than 100 Km of routes. The routes allow the tour of the ancient Etruscan necropolis, and go on with naturalistic and panoramic routes that ride up the hill and lead to the centre of the town.
