In the north-east of Sardinia, about 3 km away from Budoni and its enchanting white sandy beaches lies this lovely Residence. Located in the small village of Malamurì, the complex is the ideal destination for a holiday of tranquillity and comfort just a few kilometres away from the sea and the main tourist resorts of Porto Ottiolu and San Teodoro. The complex has: - reception (h 9. 00 am-1 pm / 4 pm-7.30 pm) - free, unattended street parking The residence offers pleasant accommodation on the ground or first floor, furnished in a simple and functional way. The two-room apartments are bright and comfortable, approximately 45 square metres in size, and consist of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a beautiful veranda furnished with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing in the open air; it is equipped with: - kitchenette with fridge and freezer - satellite TV - outdoor area equipped with table and chairs Your four-legged friends are welcome (max 25kg), an extra charge is required for cleaning. The price includes: energy consumption of electricity, water and gas, first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except cleaning of kitchenette and waste disposal to be carried out by the customer or there will be an extra charge)

A supermarket is 100 metres away, a restaurant-pizzeria is 200 metres away and a convenient bus stop is 2 minutes’ walk from the residence.
