Residence La Pineta provides you apartments in villa in mountain design, equipped with terraces and balconies wit breathtaking view over the beautiful Orobian Prealps peaks, first floor ones with gardens and attics. Available to our guests is the outdoor swimming pool, situated in a panoramic one-of-a-kind position opened in summer only. For sky lovers we are near Foppolo, Carona and San Simone (50km), Selvino (13km) and Oltre Il Colle (11km). Residence La Pineta is located in an area known for hiking, with his unmissable Paths surrounded by nature, cycling and climbing, of which “ Le Falesie di Cornalba” and “Via Ferrata Pierangelo Maurizio” are especially interesting. The Relaxing San Pellegrino’s spas, are 15 minutes auto from us, and it is worth paying a visit to Monte Alben Adventure Park too, that is a suspended park between trees suitable for children aged 3 to 10 years.

Upon your arrival you will be cordially welcomed by Mrs. Maria Rosa, who lives with her husband in the residence, with a great experience in the tourism-hotel sector. He will be available to accompany you to the apartment and will be able to put you at ease giving you the security and tranquility of not being abandoned to yourselves. P.S. Entrance to the swimming pool is included in the price except for the Pineta Sporting Club membership card, valid for the entire summer season, which must be purchased compulsorily if you want to access the pool area and valid as insurance against Pandemic. (ten euro per person) The swimming pool is opened in the summer months 7 days a week, from 10am to 6pm . One pet is allowed per accommodation, and a deposit may be required upon arrival, which will be returned to you on the day of departure after the accommodation has been checked.
