Just 1 km from Pula, near Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, enjoy carefree vacations by the sea. The 60 m² apartment consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 4 people.Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, television and air conditioning. The private covered terrace with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool in the courtyard and the mountain landscape. The common outdoor area has a garden, a terrace with sun loungers and a large pool. There you can swim and sunbathe extensively, while the younger guests can have fun in the children's pool. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The deposit will be managed through the portal Vikey and will be returned by bank transfer.
