The two-room apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a twin or double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs; it has - kitchenette with induction hob and crockery - refrigerator - microwave oven - free wi-fi - satellite tv - safe (extra charge) - hairdryer - heating/air conditioning - balcony or terrace equipped with table and chairs The price includes: use of the SPA, energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), air conditioning/heating first supply of towels and bed linen, wi-fi, use of the pools from 15/05 to 15/10 and final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out).

Situated on the north-western coast of Sardinia, about 1 km from the centre of Alghero, the complex is strategically located, only 150 metres from the city's Lido beach. Alghero, which can be reached in just a few minutes by bicycle path or regular bus service, is home to a lively historic centre, surrounded by walls and defensive towers, known for its narrow streets and historic buildings that evoke its Catalan origins. A few steps away from the residence is the bus stop with which to reach the beautiful beaches and coves of the coastline, characterised by crystal-clear sea and rich vegetation.
