From its wonderful hilltop position, Residenza Il Colle is a beautiful Tuscan country house offering peaceful accommodation with splendid views of the valleys of Chianti. Recently renovated by the Elkington family, this impressive country home remains faithful to its original design that dates back to the 13th century. From May until October, you can take a dip in the elegant swimming pool where you will enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and panoramic views of rolling Tuscan hills. Residenza Il Colle is designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. You can find free private parking and free use of internet connections. At Residenza Il Colle you will be in a perfect spot to discover Italy’s Renaissance cities such as Florence (13 km) and Siena (km 50). You will also be near the smaller yet famous walled cities of San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra. Residenza Il Colle is located in the Chianti region, just outside the charming town of Impruneta, and situated on the famous Chianti wine road that connects Siena and Florence.

As you wind up the gentle rolling hills from the city of Florence, you will find Residenza Il Colle, a 13th Century Tuscan countryside Residence offering relaxing accommodations and stunning panoramic views of the Chianti region. With 12 uniquely beautiful rooms, our Guests will also enjoy our pool, terra cotta patios, manicured Italian gardens, private secure gated parking, air conditioning and free highspeed internet. One of the most significant attractions for our guests is our large panoramic infinity pool. Our pool is isolated from the hotel and gardens providing you with the luxury of a unique relaxing experience. The surrounding patios throughout the property are of locally made terracotta, very spacious providing every guest with a private spot. Hand painted Terracotta tables and chairs, placed around our gardens provide your special oasis, surrounded by nature as the gentle breeze rolls through the valley with Florence in the distance, among our olive orchards.
