This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of the "Il Gabbiano" residence. It has been finely furnished and is located on the enchanting lakefront of Cannobio. The apartment covers 55 mq, and is composed of : entrance, a bright living and dining room with satellite TV, large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful lake view, a kitchen equipped with everything you need (with gas stove, oven, sink, fridge and freezer), a double bedroom with lake view, a small room with a single bed (perfect for a child or as an extra bed for an adult or to leave your things), a bathroom with toilet, bidet and tub/shower. Upon request it is possible to have a set of towels (Euro 9 per person). There are several public car parks nearby. Alternatively the guest can request to rent the private covered garage nearby (Euro 19 per day). Dog cleaning supplement + Euro30 The house is equipped with an autonomous natural gas heating system. The cost of heating (Euro 1.30 per cubic meter) is not included in the cost of the reservation, and is calculated based on the consumption of the guest. The counter number will be taken at check-in and check-out, and the consumption made by the guest will be calculated: 15-20 per day

A few meters from "Il Gabbiano" you can choose from numerous restaurants, trattorias, bars, wine bars, ice cream parlors and shops. The supermarket can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, as well as the information center and the pier from where it is possible to make excursions by boat to the other tourist attractions of Lake Maggiore, both Swiss and Italian. The swimming beach "Lido di Cannobio" offers the opportunity to relax, to practice water sports and to take sailing and windsurfing courses. The area adjacent to the beach offers the opportunity to practice sports such as volleyball, soccer, tennis and to rent bicycles, boats, pedal boats and scooters. At 350 meters from the apartment the cycle path begins which, following the course of the Cannobino river, enters the valley up to the Orrido di Santa'Anna. The mountains and the Cannobina valley offer the possibility of excursions, with a network of well-marked paths that allow you to reach characteristic villages, mountain pastures and the tops of the mountains overlooking the lake and the Swiss Alps.
