About 2 km from the apartment there is a large shopping area where we can find supermarkets, stores, pharmacies and the large Valdichiana Outlet Village also open on weekends. The nearest air terminal is Perugia (Umbria International Airport), which is about 70 km away, and the nearest train station is Sinalunga, which connects with Arezzo, Chiusi and Siena. Residenza Villa Clara has convenient private parking inside the property, also in the square in front there are some free parking lots where you can always find a place.
