Our structure was built in March 2023 and has been studied in detail in order to welcome in the best way the guests who will choose it for their stay in the wonderful Turin. In the living room kitchen there is a comfortable double sofa bed with 20cm height mattress, 40-inch smart TV, large dining table for 4 people, equipped kitchen complete with everything you need (oven, coffee machine complete with pods, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, pans). The bedroom is characterized by the presence of a very comfortable double bed, equipped with a 30cm height mattress + topper (our guests really appreciate resting on our bed), 42-inch smart TV. The equipment of the house is completed by a practical laundry room located on the internal balcony where you will find at your disposal a washing machine complete with detergents and fabric softeners, iron and ironing board. The new fixtures of the highest quality that we have chosen in the renovation guarantee a very high soundproofing. In all rooms of the house you will find radiators, hot / cold air conditioners, free wifi line.

One of the strengths of our structure is certainly its strategic position. Tram 3, whose stop is only 80 meters from the house, connects in one direction with the Juventus Stadium and in the opposite direction with the Royal Gardens which are located in the heart of the center of Turin. Tram 16, whose stop is also just 80 meters from home, connects with the University of Turin, Parco Del Valentino, Politecnico. The Principi D'Acaja metro station is only 850 meters away on foot. For those arriving by car, the house is well connected to the highway and ring road, you can easily get there and you can easily find many parking spaces available (blue stripes for a fee). For those wishing to experience the neighborhood, there are several bistros, restaurants and cocktail bars. It will be a pleasure to advise you on the locations, according to your preferences.
