Entire detached house, recently built, surrounded by greenery, in a hilly position overlooking the entire valley of San Leonardo.
It is located within a small property of 3.5 hectares that guarantees maximum tranquility and privacy.
Inside it consists of a large living room that includes the kitchen and the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, three single beds on the loft and a bathroom.
Outside large barbecue area, possibility to eat meals outside under the large veranda and sunbathe.
For astronomy enthusiasts, at night it is possible to admire the starry sky and the Milky Way thanks to the absence of light pollution.
Ready to recommend the beauties of Sardinia and northern Gallura in particular.
About 1 km away, you can visit Lago del Liscia.
The famous millennial olive trees are about 5 km away.
Olbia airport and its port are about 27 km away, half an hour by car as well as the whole coast with its magnificent beaches.
The Costa Smeralda is about 40 km away and its beaches can be reached in about 35/40 minutes by car.
A few km away you can see Calangianus, Tempio Pausania and Aggius which are 8 min, 15 min and 20 min away respectively.
